Since your Mixed Lots are random selections, what is your return policy?
You will receive a full refund of the cost of goods, if on the day your products arrive you contact us to let us know you are
not satisfied and wish to return the items. You must inspect the entire package upon delivery and email us the same day
How often does your inventory change? I want to order more but do not want all of the same things in my last
wholesale lot.
Every week we get in new products due to our inventory turnover rate and success. So therefore we can provide you with
different products every week. Our website is only updated about 7 times per year because our inventory changes so
often.
I love a particular style you sent, can I get more of this style?
We process over 100 orders a day so the style may not be available anymore because it is sold out, but still ask and we
will check to see if there are a few left for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
MasterCard , Visa and Discover Credit cards can be processed, Certified Check, Western Union, MoneyGram. We do not
accept money order or funds issued in international dollars. If you pay from certified/bank check your items will be held
until payment has cleareance and then processed within 3-4 business days after that.
I live in New York/New Jersey Area, can I pick up my order?
Due to strict insurance regulations within the warehouse, the items are only available for delivery. The warehouse is not
open to the public. But depending on your New York location we may be able to offer you local delivery charge instead of
regular shipping which may save you money.
The Pictures on your product page are the only products you have?
No, we have thousands of different styles, The pictures just represent the styles we carry. We do our best to keep the
photos updated to the best of our ability.
Do I need a Resale certificate to place an order?
If your business is in the State of New York, a customer service representative will contact you after your order is placed
to give you the details regarding Sales Tax Resale Exemption.
