Shipping Information
Our wholesale lots are picked,packed, and processed by our private ship company, whom expedites to the appropriate
public ship company.

Most orders are delivered to UPS or USPS for confirmation delivery to your ship to address.

Orders are generally processed for shipping three business days after payment has been confirmed and acknowledged.

When your order is shipped you will be sent an email of your shipment process confirmation and expected arrival date.
Once we drop the package to the appropriate shipper, it is solely out of our control on the length of time the public ship
company takes to deliver your items because it is no longer in our control.

If you are in need of the products the next day please choose express service in checkout.

Once your package arrives, please send us an email to confirm the delivery and status of your order. It is on the day of
delivery that we must be made aware of any problems, so please check your products carefully.

Please note that your order is expected to be extremely heavy over 60lbs on each box so please be prepared to accept the
package.

If for any reason your package is returned to us by fault of yours, you must pay for shipping back to you.


International orders outside of the United States You must provide your postal code and country, as well as what
Wholesale Lot you are going to purchase.
